"Mom, these vegetables aren't even real. What kind of farm is this supposed to be?"
"I see farm animals. And I do look pretty sharp in these overalls and cowboy hat. But really, there is a playground behind me, so this can't be a farm."
"Okay, you can't trick me. I have seen the Baby Einstein DVD about farms, and they don't have floors that look like this."So, maybe Mommy was really excited about the Round-Up event tonight, at Jack's preschool. A little too excited. But the idea behind it was so cute: the kids got cowboy hats and got to "milk the cow," pet real animals, and make western crafts. Unfortunately, the rain really put a damper on things.
However, it was something different to do on a Wednesday night and Jack was very glad that we took him!
