So it will not be forgotten x 2

Jack is talking all the time now, in fact, he rarely stops (we really don't know which parent he got that from). Anyhow, there are a couple of phrases that just have to be written down:
  • "Nice to meet you." Jack will say this to anyone, even if he has met you before, but it is a way for him to show his affection. Sometimes he'll even throw in a handshake.
  • "My get." If Jack has lost -insert noun here-, he will not let another person get it. He wants to try himself. This must be toddler independence, right?
  • "Mommy, pitty." Okay, so this phrase was only muttered from Jack's mouth once, but it will never be forgotten. If he can tell his Mommy that she is pretty when her face is droopy, she is still wearing pj's, and a brush hasn't touched her hair all morning, then he really must be very smart!

Oh my goodness!! Did you melt in a puddle when Jack called you pretty? I don't think I would have been able to see through my tears. (Of course it's true and of course Jack is very smart)!

I have to add that Jack even says "nice to meet you" to bugs and animals! We already knew that Jack was smart and Mommy being pretty confirms it!
