Jack's nighttime routine hasn't changed much. He still gets a bath, brushes his teeth, puts on his jammies, gives and gets hugs and kisses from Daddy, and says prayers. The one difference - now Mommy has to pat his back before he goes to sleep.
Tonight, she almost forgot. She was inches away from leaving Jack's bedroom when he lifted his head and said, "Mommy, I need to tell you somethin. You can rub my back, then you can go away."

How sweet. Just remember one day he won't even let you in his room to say goodnight. Enjoy it now!
How cute is that. I think Jack is down right precious, and I don't even know him. I can only imagine how he makes you smile every day.
Jack is such a smarty pants and hey, sounds like he's not afraid to say what he wants! LOL
