Jack understands many things - he can't voice them - but he can understand them. Mommy can tell him to do the following , and he almost always obeys: "Jack, turn off the t.v."; "Jack, turn the page."; "Let's put on your shoes and go outside."; "Let's get the laundry." So, this has made Mommy begin to think...
If Jack understands things she keeps telling him, then why won't he obey this very important one: "Jack, stop yelling."
